You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as you have placed your order. Your payment is collected securely via PayPal, Stripe and Bitpay payment gateways - depending on the type of payment you choose to use. You will need to provide us with certain information during the checkout process. This information will be used by us and payment processors for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. We will never share the personal details we have collected from you to a third party. From time to time we may email you regarding our site, products and services and special offers. You can choose to stop receiving these emails at any time. Information on how to opt out of receiving email is provided with every marketing email sent.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been despatched. If your order has been despatched, you must wait until you receive your order and then apply for an exchange or full refund within 90days of receiving it. To cancel your order email play@pawsoffun.com.au along with your name and the invoice number. If the goods have been despatched then please follow the returns policy as detailed here.

Stock and availability

We can only guarantee availability of merchandise while stocks last. If the item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order to advise you of any revised delivery date, or to allow you to cancel or change your order.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and includes GST.
