However, if you wish to exchange an item you'd bought or would like a refund, we will only be happy to help.

Simply fill out our Hassle Free Return Form within 90 days of receiving your order and we will immediately get on with processing your request. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with return instructions. Please follow the instructions to send the goods back to us. If it is a damage/faulty item, we will pay for the return shipping and replacement. However, you must pay for return shipping for any change of mind returns or exchange.

We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for any opened food related products and goods that have been used or damaged caused by you or your pets. Returned items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tags attached. You must provide us with your name, address, contact details and invoice number. Gift Vouchers are also non-refundable.
